PROJECT BIM PROTOCOL DOCUMENTATION

BIM protocols may be required to guide the BIM team's use of Revit and CodeBook. These BIM protocols could be firm-wide or project-centric. CDV Systems has created these type of client documents that outline protocols as broad as network model organization for all trades down to the use of the Office Shared Parameter.TXT file for custom Revit families. These protocols are sometimes based on client needs for meta-data within the room or equipment assets creating a more robust BIM with uses that span the full Lifecycle Management of the facility.
