CDV'S REVIT IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS LIST

In preparation for a Revit Office Implementation, the CDV Systems' "Revit Implementation Requirements List" outlines all the items which need to be gathered by the client prior to the arrival of the CDV Specialist. It is a list of all major topics to be addressed for the pending implementation. On the first day of implementation, the list is reviewed, marked up, compiled & prioritized to define the scope of the implementation. Once a consensus has been reached and the scope defined, portions from each existing standard on the list will be used to create the implementation package including Revit templates and standard container files. The better prepared the client is prior to the implementation start date, the more can be accomplish during the implementation.

The creation of the template files will be structured around major areas of design (i.e. Core & Shell, Interiors, Landscape, Planning, etc) and the container files by major building trades and view types: i.e. Wall Types, Curtain Panels, Schedules, Details, etc..
