Project Manager

CDV Training for Project Managers provides comprehensive instruction to aid in streamlining communication and documentation between the project manager (PM) to the design staff. Using both Revit and Design Review, the PM will open their project document set, review all the sheets, check dimensions, add "red-mark” notes and clouds, save them and return them to the production staff within Revit.

The goal for any training is to improve individual skills. Ultimately, a deeper understanding of the software will facilitate better design decisions and provide an intuitive, direct translation of your design intent into project imagery and documentation. A thorough understanding of the tools-at-hand also increases individual productivity, contributing to overall team and company goals.

With discipline dedicated trainers, that come from the industry, and who are well versed in architectural core principles, CDV training is targeted and relevant. A workflow based curriculum centered on each trade, integrated with collaboration, provides a training model ensuring solid, pertinent comprehension of the software, and how it applies to interiors design workflows

This process allows the instructor and the students to communicate in a more meaningful way, by identifying unique workflows, and tailoring training to accommodate those workflows on-the-fly.

Whether training is product specific, or with CDV’s unique "Train the Project", this combined approach has had proven success in a deeper understanding for the student, matching software tools and functionality to maximize design and productivity potential.
